Friends come to visit

Yesterday Tish and Clark came for a visit and brought Trish and Phyllis. Trish and Phyllis are from Oakville. They are both lawn bowlers and stay in Balaia Golf Village.

We gave them a tour of our complex and our house. Following this we walked down to Porto di Mare for lunch. It was a very nice day and both Trish and I think that some of the participants are thinking of coming to Cabanas next year. They all liked the idea of walking to the bowling green.

February 25 Day 30 according to our Camera

The camera includes the 28th of January the day we flew out. As we were about to have dinner last night Trish noticed the Sun was going down at about 6:45 and was photo worthy. I went up to our up stairs patio and took some pictures. I will include them below. I have chosen several because we cannot decide which is best the are all taken at the same time, but some show the red better.

Patricia's Birthday Feb 24

It was a very restful birthday. I thoughtfully went golfing early in the morning so as Trish could rest. When I got home she was sitting on out terrace reading her book. We celebrated with a martini and then walked to dinner. We ate at Porto da Mare perhaps our favourite restaurant in Cabanas. Kelly had a salad and Trish and I had the same shrimp pasta. This was followed by three white chocolate moose. We all enjoyed our dinner and the walk home. Fortunately we all brought lite sweaters and very warm on the way.
