More from the Cathedral of Sevilla

First let me bring everyone up to date on our response to The Coronavirus. We are fine there are very few people so far in Portugal with the disease. As transportation and boarders close down we as of yesterday we are attempting to come home early. We have contacted Air Transat to change our flight, but as of Saturday morning we have heard nothing.

I went on their site and found the March18th plane does not even show on their web site. The flight on March 25 does show up, but when I tried to buy tickets it said there was an error and no flight available on that date. It seems as if the first chance to get out is April 1st. When I say get out I really mean get in.

Now for The Cathedral. We where told by sign no to take pictures, but when I saw the staff walk by several people taking pictures I took some. First I will show you the vestments. They mostly had gold or silver woven into the fabric.

About Half Way Through

We are at about day 42 of about 78. The weather is holding up with perfect temperatures for golfing and lawn bowling. Tomorrow we are going to Seville or in Spanish Sevilla with Robin and Mary.
Thursday I am playing golf with Ron Austin. He does some bowling, but his brother David and sister-in-law Mary bowl all the time.

I will leave you with a couple of pictures to remind you how nice it is here.
